Engage arm and leg muscles with precision during standing Pilates exercises.
CLASS SEQUENCE
WHAT YOU NEED
Pilates Circle OR
Exercise ball of any size and resistance band of any size OR
Household object you can push inward between your hands and a scarf or similar looped object you can push outward between your hands
*You can do the same exercises without props by visualizing the resistance that would be created if you were pushing inward against a ball or outward against an elastic band.
