LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Warm up the feet and full body efficiently for ballet or other weight-bearing exercise.

  • Practice full-body coordination in preparation for ballet.

  • Strengthen feet and improve coordination.

This is a fast-paced class. Leave out or modify any exercises that you don't feel ready for.
