  • Practice balancing and dismounting to learn to use bike rollers quickly.

WHAT YOU NEED*

  • Bike rollers (Mine are Garmin Tacx Antares)

  • A bike you're used to riding outdoors

*You can do the standing Pilates exercises without these.
