LEARNING OBJECTIVE

  • Engage arm and leg muscles with precision during standing Pilates exercises.

CLASS SEQUENCE

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Pilates Circle OR

  • Exercise ball of any size and resistance band of any size OR

  • Household object you can push inward between your hands and a scarf or similar looped object you can push outward between your hands

*You can do the same exercises without props by visualizing the resistance that would be created if you were pushing inward against a ball or outward against an elastic band.
