CLASS SEQUENCE

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Thick exercise mat, or mat on a carpet to protect your tailbone

  • Small exercise ball, approx. 8-inch inflatable bouncy ball, pillow, or similar object

  • Resistance band or similar object

  • Large exercise or stability ball, chair, or similar object
