Leg and Hip Mobility

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Stabilize core to move legs efficiently while lying on back and side.

  • Increase leg mobility in all directions.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Thick exercise mat, carpet, sweater, or similar object to place under your hip if you're uncomfortable in the side position (optional)

  • Strap, resistance band, or scarf to aid with stretching (optional)
