Stabilize core to move legs efficiently while lying on back and side.
Increase leg mobility in all directions.
WHAT YOU NEED
Thick exercise mat, carpet, sweater, or similar object to place under your hip if you're uncomfortable in the side position (optional)
Strap, resistance band, or scarf to aid with stretching (optional)
