Standing Exercises

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

  • Transfer Pilates mat exercises to a standing position with no supporting equipment.

  • Learn alternative versions of Pilates exercises that we can do when it is not possible or practical to lie down on the floor.

MATERIALS NEEDED

  • If you need extra support for your balance, find something that you can hold onto without compromising your posture.
