  • Explanation (0:00-1:00)

  • Exercises on back through Hundred (1:00-5:30)

  • Teaser (5:30-8:30)

  • Roll-Up, Spine Twist Sitting, Teaser (8:30-12:00)

  • Side exercises, Teaser (10:00-17:40)

  • Exercises on belly, hands and knees (17:40-end)
