LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Achieve neutral spine alignment in quadruped position.
Maintain alignment while lifting arms and legs.
Move between spinal extension and neutral spine while balancing.

NOTES & MODIFICATIONS
Do the exercises with all 4 limbs on the floor if you are not yet able to balance on 3 limbs.
Return to the Cat Stretch to realign your spine periodically between balances.
